My experience with Houston nanny has far exceeded our expectations. We have used a few different nanny placement agencies before, but none took the time and the personal effort to make us a good longterm match. Houston Nanny allowed us to have a thoughtful and careful dialogue about what we need and who would fit best. They allowed us to be more involved than any other agency has previously which works better for the families and the Nannies! Macy was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly personable and proactively communicative, available seven days a week and consistently responsive. Macy quickly identified qualified candidates and was extremely helpful in coordinating interviews, which was especially impressive given the complexity of our search for a split-shift nanny focused on before- and after-school transportation.

She also provided thoughtful guidance on industry best practices based on what has worked well for both families and nannies in the past. Macy took the time to walk us through how to structure a clear and fair agreement for both parties, which was particularly important to us after previous arrangements led to gray areas around expectations and responsibilities. She shared a helpful contract template that we ultimately used as well. In addition, Macy handled criminal and driving background checks, which gave us added peace of mind.

Finally, her fee was extremely reasonable, especially when compared with other placement agencies we researched. We would highly recommend Macy to any family looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated partner in their childcare search.

Macy is an absolute gem to work with. I'm still pinching myself. We have struggled to find a nanny / childcare on our own. After several failed attempts, I decided to reach out to Macy for her help. She found us the most incredible loving and nurturing nanny that fit all the boxes of what we were looking for.
