Macy quickly identified qualified candidates and was extremely helpful in coordinating interviews, which was especially impressive given the complexity of our search for a split-shift nanny focused on before- and after-school transportation.

She also provided thoughtful guidance on industry best practices based on what has worked well for both families and nannies in the past. Macy took the time to walk us through how to structure a clear and fair agreement for both parties, which was particularly important to us after previous arrangements led to gray areas around expectations and responsibilities. She shared a helpful contract template that we ultimately used as well. In addition, Macy handled criminal and driving background checks, which gave us added peace of mind.
