Full-time & part-time nanny placements
A nanny placement gives your family one dedicated, professional caregiver who knows your children and your routines. We handle the search, screening, and matching so you can focus on choosing the right person — not sifting through resumes.
What’s included in a placement
The search starts with a consultation call and a detailed family questionnaire, so we match on the things that matter: temperament, experience, schedule, and values. From there we open a tailored candidate search and shortlist nannies who actually fit — including complex arrangements like split shifts, school pickups, and multi-child households.
Every candidate clears multi-layer screening before you ever meet them: criminal background checks, driving record checks where the role involves transportation, reference verification, and review of certifications like CPR and First Aid.
You interview the shortlist and run a trial period with your top choice before anything is final. We also walk both sides through structuring a clear, fair work agreement — and share a contract template you can use — so expectations on hours, duties, and pay are written down before day one.
What Houston nannies earn
Most Houston nannies earn between $18 and $28 per hour, with the average posted rate around $20 per hour as of 2026. Experience, certifications, the number of children, and the duties involved all move the number. We help you set a fair, competitive rate during the consultation call — a fair rate is the single biggest factor in keeping a great nanny long term.
After the placement
We stay in your corner. Every placement is backed by a 90-day free replacement guarantee: if the match isn’t right in the first 90 days, we find a replacement at no additional placement fee.
